Get matched to quality junior candidates by sharing your role with Hatch’s talent pool.

Talent shortage is a real thing and it’s not going anywhere. According to a ManpowerGroup global report, nearly 7 out of 10 companies have reported talent shortages and difficulty in attracting new talent - that’s a 15-year high!

To help you beat the talent shortage, we’re making it easy for you to source top junior talent in the roles you need them, like Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. Tech companies like Amazon, Uber, and Faire have already used Hatch in the past month to hire junior talent, read more to learn why.

What's new?

We’re excited to announce that Hatch’s marketplace has grown! Our talent pool of candidates is now available in the following locations:

  • New York, U.S.
  • San Francisco, U.S.
  • Salt Lake City, U.S.
  • Sydney, Australia
  • Melbourne Australia
  • Remote roles based in the U.S. and Australia

Hatch is where team leaders from fast growing tech companies get matched to talented junior candidates, based on what matters beyond the resume - including strengths, motivation, and interests.

When both sides proactively look for a good match, employers can overcome the talent shortage and spot quality candidates faster, while candidates can find a role and team that genuinely allow them to thrive.

How does it work?

1. Create a role on Hatch and bring it to life

It’s fast and easy to create a role on Hatch. Simply share your requirements in just a few steps, then watch your role come to life on a beautiful page featuring a short video that will get candidates excited to apply.

2. We promote your Hatch role to our talent pool

Once your role is live, we’ll share it with our talent pool though tailored emails based on candidate interests, skills, and activities. This means that your role is put in front of as many relevant people as possible.

Great roles deserve a spotlight. Your Hatch roles are also featured on our ‘Explore open roles’ page (coming soon), discoverable by a broader range of candidates.

When the time comes, we’ll send candidates reminders about their matched roles closing soon, so you don’t miss out on any applications.

3. Get notified as soon as candidates apply for your role

We’ll email you as soon as applications roll in, so you can review your candidates in real time.

We know your time is precious! So, on top of completed applications, we’ll notify you about candidates who start their applications but are yet to complete them. If you want to learn more about a candidate with an incomplete application, use our friendly ‘nudge’ feature to let them know.

4. Review all your applications on Hatch

Now, the fun part! You can easily review all of your applications on Hatch with personalised videos and micro tasks that help you get to know each and every candidate beyond the resume.

By identifying their strengths, motivation, and fit for your team culture, you’ll understand each candidate’s potential for the role to spot your next hire faster.

Reach more candidates by sharing your Hatch role on your own channels

Once your Hatch role is live, you can easily share it on your own channels (like LinkedIn) to reach more candidates. It’s also a great way to ensure that all candidates use Hatch to apply, so you can review them in one place in the same application format with personalised videos and tasks.

Hiring outside of Hatch’s talent pool locations?

You can still publish a Hatch role and review applications, but you might see less candidates from us since our talent pool is still growing. Share your role to your own channels and communities to source talent, and be one of the first companies in your area to change the hiring game with Hatch!
