About the job

The Business Analyst job is all about supporting the Deployment and Business As Usual (BAU) activities for the DWS SEA Platform solutions. By working closely with Deployment, Product, Engineering, and Customer teams, you will play a crucial role in translating business needs into technical solutions and implementation plans. The team thrives on collaboration and continuous improvement, always looking for ways to enhance processes and drive automation.

You'll be responsible for

Partnering with Deployment teams

Partner with Deployment teams to support end-to-end customer onboarding to SEA Platform solutions.

Collaborating with teams

Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer/Account teams to gather and translate onboarding requirements.

Analyzing solutions performance

Analyze solutions performance, customer usage, and product metrics to identify improvement opportunities.

Strong technical background

5+ years of experience with IT solutions and system architecture.
