Driving the BCM programme
Owning the rhythm of the BCM programme, ensuring BIAs and Risk Assessments are delivered to standard across service lines, exercises are planned and coordinated, and learnings are tracked through to completion.🔍
Getting into the detail
Understanding operations, dependencies, and risks across service lines through real engagement with the people who run the services.✅
Assuring quality and sign-off
QA exercise outputs and BCM documentation, ensuring the right approvals are in place for strategies and solutions, confirming that documentation reflects implemented capabilities.Key criteria
