As a Procurement Specialist at Alcoa, you will play a vital role in transforming raw potential into real progress. You'll be responsible for

Owning the sourcing process

Managing the end-to-end sourcing and contract award process for capital projects, from planning to onboarding.

Collaborating with teams

Working closely with on-site capital and project teams to ensure compliance with Alcoa terms and project deliverables.
🚀

Driving outcomes

Managing multiple tender packages and engaging with senior stakeholders to achieve project objectives.

Key criteria

🎓

Bachelor’s degree in relevant field

Possession of a degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, or Engineering

Procurement experience in heavy industry

Several years of experience as a Procurement Buyer in smelting or similar sectors
