Engaging with members
Engage with members and guests to understand their needs, actively promoting Centre programs such as swim school, group fitness, gym memberships, sports competitions, and community activities.🏢
Delivering front-line customer service
Deliver high-quality front-line customer service across reception, café/kiosk and program areas, supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of a busy leisure facility.Key criteria
