About the job

This job is about leading a team of Electrical & Instrumentation Technicians during a major LNG turnaround at Wheatstone. Providing critical support during execution phases is essential for ensuring safe and efficient delivery of works. The team values collaboration, safety, and a commitment to quality, creating a positive and high-performance environment.

You'll be responsible for

Supervising and Leading

Directly managing and leading a team of E&I Technicians and Electricians to ensure seamless coordination and collaboration in executing project tasks.

Safety Compliance

Enforcing and promoting a strong safety culture, ensuring that all electrical and instrumentation activities adhere to industry safety standards and company policies.

Quality Assurance

Conducting regular inspections to ensure the quality of work meets project standards and specifications.

Proven E&I supervision experience

Demonstrated experience supervising E&I teams in LNG or Oil & Gas environments.

Hands-on experience with E&I planning and execution is mandatory.

Working knowledge of JDE and CMMS-based job planning systems is highly desirable.
