You'll be responsible for

Conducting event monitoring

Ensuring effective monitoring in line with treatment plans and taking proactive actions to reduce High Priority Incidents.

Maintaining accurate incident records

Ensuring meaningful case handovers at every shift change and high-quality documentation.
⚙️

Updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

Improving day-to-day event and incident activities to enhance operational efficiency.

IT service desk experience

Demonstrated experience in an IT service desk environment.

ITIL V3 Foundation certification

Possession of ITIL V3 Foundation or higher certification is preferred.
