Maintaining accurate incident records

Ensure high-quality incident records and meaningful case handovers at every shift change.

Updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

Support day-to-day event and incident activities by improving existing procedures.

IT service desk experience

Proven experience in an IT service desk environment.

ITIL V3 Foundation certification

Demonstrated possession of ITIL V3 Foundation or higher certification.
