Managing end-to-end diaries for 2-3 Senior Leaders, proactively resolving clashes and protecting focus time.📋
Coordinating meetings
Coordinating complex meetings: stakeholders, agendas/pre-reads, rooms/Teams links, and action follow-ups.🌍
Arranging travel
Arranging domestic and international travel end-to-end, including contingencies and last-minute changes.Key criteria
