Providing leadership to the Design and Drafting team in Southeast Australia, ensuring alignment to company vision, strategy, initiatives, and culture.📏
Driving standardisation
Driving the development and adoption of guidelines, standard drawings, design standards, training and marketing materials to improve the consistency and efficiency of service delivery.🌱
Managing talent lifecycle
Managing the team’s talent lifecycle including recruitment suggestions, career development, employee engagement, succession planning, coaching and mentoring, and diversity and inclusion.Key criteria
