The Group Leader - Design and Drafting will lead the Design and Drafting team in Southeast Australia, ensuring alignment with the company's vision and culture. This job is pivotal in driving standardisation and innovation across the Business Centre while advocating for the business both internally and externally. You'll be responsible for

Driving standardisation
Driving the development and adoption of guidelines, standard drawings, design standards, training and marketing materials to improve the consistency and efficiency of service delivery.📊
Monitoring progress
Monitoring progress of individual work and the drafting team to ensure compliance with program and budget.🌟
Managing talent lifecycle
Managing team’s talent lifecycle including recruitment suggestions, career development, employee engagement, succession planning, coaching and mentoring, diversity and inclusion, and leadership development.Key criteria

Leadership experience in design and drafting
Proven leadership in multidisciplinary teams within engineering consultancy.View

Extensive civil and structural design knowledge
