This job is about leading the student voice, advocacy, and wellbeing services at Western Sydney University Student Union. You'll be responsible for

🎓

Leading student services

Providing strategic leadership for student voice, advocacy, equity and wellbeing functions, ensuring students are supported, heard and represented across the University.
📈

Advising on trends

Advising the CEO on emerging issues and trends affecting students, including advocacy, wellbeing, inclusion and sexual violence.
💪

Overseeing initiatives

Overseeing trauma-informed advocacy and support pathways, student wellbeing initiatives such as food security and emergency relief programs.

Tertiary qualifications

Relevant qualifications in Social Work, Law, or related fields.

Demonstrated experience leading teams in student or community services.
