As an Insurance Manager at Toll, you will play a vital role in transforming how insurance risk is managed globally. This position is essential for providing trusted insurance risk advice that balances protection with value creation, enabling the company to achieve its strategic objectives. You'll be responsible for

Global renewal leadership & execution

End-to-end leadership of annual global insurance renewals, including market presentations, training, data acquisition and auditing, KYC, compliance with multinational programs, budgeting support, post-renewal recharge and duplication reviews.
⚙️

Process optimisation & technology enablement

Strong capability in establishing efficient, streamlined renewal and policy processes, leveraging technology and AI to improve data quality, compliance and overall effectiveness.
📈

Insurance reporting & risk oversight

Strong reporting capability, coordinating high-risk insurance matters and delivering clear claims and insurance metrics for monthly reporting and Audit & Risk Committee updates.
