Global renewal leadership & execution
End-to-end leadership of annual global insurance renewals, including market presentations, training, data acquisition and auditing, KYC, compliance with multinational programs, budgeting support, post-renewal recharge and duplication reviews.⚙️
Process optimisation & technology enablement
Strong capability in establishing efficient, streamlined renewal and policy processes, leveraging technology and AI to improve data quality, compliance and overall effectiveness.📈
Insurance reporting & risk oversight
Strong reporting capability, coordinating high-risk insurance matters and delivering clear claims and insurance metrics for monthly reporting and Audit & Risk Committee updates.Key criteria
