Executing the preventative maintenance program
Implementing a proactive approach to maintenance, ensuring the residential aged care home remains safe and well-maintained.⚒️
Performing reactive repairs
Addressing maintenance issues as they arise to ensure a comfortable living environment for residents.👷♂️
Managing external maintenance contractors
Coordinating with external professionals to ensure all maintenance needs are met efficiently and effectively.Key criteria

Trade certificate or Cert IV
Possession of a relevant trade certificate or Cert IV in Maintenance.View

Hands-on maintenance experience
Demonstrated experience in building maintenance or handyman services.View
