Exploring options with participants
Engaging with participants to explore mainstream, community, advocate, informal, and NDIS provider options, empowering them in decision-making.🛠️
Supporting participants with NDIS processes
Helping participants establish their MyID account, navigate the NDIS Portal, and negotiate service agreements with providers.🔗
Linking participants to services
Connecting participants to mainstream and community services such as housing, education, and health as needed.Key criteria
