Engaging with participants to explore mainstream, community, advocate, informal, and NDIS provider options, ensuring they are involved in decision-making.

Supporting participants with NDIS Portal

Assisting participants in establishing their MyID account and navigating the NDIS Portal to negotiate services and establish agreements.

Linking participants to services

Connecting participants to mainstream and community services such as housing, education, and health as needed.

Key criteria

📜

Diploma or higher qualification

Diploma or higher in disability/community services or related field.

NDIS knowledge

Demonstrated understanding of NDIS Code of Conduct and Practice Standards.
