You'll be responsible for

Exploring options with participants

Engaging with participants to identify and explore mainstream, community, advocate, informal, and NDIS provider options.

Supporting participants with NDIS processes

Assisting participants in establishing their MyID account, navigating the NDIS Portal, and negotiating services.

Linking participants to services

Connecting participants to mainstream and community services such as housing, education, and health.

Key criteria

Diploma or higher qualification

Diploma or higher in disability/community services or related field.
