Delivering quality child and family health services to families caring for children aged 0-3 years, following the Tresillian Model of Care.💪
Building parental confidence
Using a strength-based and wellness focus to build parental confidence and skills through education and guidance.🛠️
Utilising assessment tools
Employing evidence-based screening and assessment tools to identify health variations and negotiate care plans.Key criteria
