Mentoring site personnel
Mentoring and supporting site personnel to uplift safety performance and strengthen a positive safety culture.🔍
Conducting safety inspections
Conducting site safety inspections, audits and reviews, providing recommendations and corrective actions.🛠️
Managing safety systems
Assisting in developing, implementing and maintaining project safety systems, plans and procedures.Key criteria

Occupational Health & Safety qualification
Certificate IV, Diploma, or Degree in Occupational Health & SafetyView
🛠️
5+ years safety advisory experience
Demonstrated experience in safety advisory roles within civil constructionView
