Providing ER/IR advice
Provide specialist ER/IR advice, managing complex casework, interpreting enterprise agreements and legislation, and supporting dispute resolution in a unionised environment.š
Leading organisational change
Lead and support large-scale organisational change initiatives, ensuring effective stakeholder engagement and risk management.Key criteria
