You'll be responsible for

Managing lending requests

Keep things simple while managing small business lending requests up to $2 million and home lending up to $3 million. Move with speed to grow revenue and drive customer advocacy.

Building customer relationships

Engage and build relationships with our Retail Branch and Broker network to increase portfolio performance and customer outcomes.

Providing tailored banking solutions

Understand our customers’ needs to provide tailored holistic banking solutions that empower them to achieve their business dreams.

Lending experience in banking

Demonstrated experience in business or retail banking lending.
