We know "compliance" isn't exactly the word that gets people jumping out of their seats. But hear us out. The Compliance and Engagement Officer is the person who keeps our Self-Employment Assistance Program running the way it should - holding the rules, managing the admin and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. You'll need to love the details, follow the rules and get others to do the same, and be comfortable picking up the phone when something needs sorting. Think good cop and bad cop all in one - friendly and approachable, but not a pushover when it comes to process. This is NOT a heads-down computer job. You'll be working directly with people who are taking a real leap and starting their own businesses and the way you do your job directly impacts whether they succeed.
