About the role
Our Experience Design team conduct a lot of discovery research with customers, as well as testing with customers to validate that our digital solutions meet their needs!
We have an opening for someone interested in working in an Experience Design and UX research space. This role will also allow for hands on support for design work in between research tasks.
The User Research Coordinator will be responsible for:
- Working with other UX designers and researchers to design the research plan and objectives we are looking to achieve out of a piece of research
- Creating participant recruitment briefs for research
- Liaising with recruiters to schedule participant research sessions
- Attending research sessions primarily as the notetaker to ensure we can capture key insights and comments from participants
- Supporting UX designers and researchers to synthesise and report on research programs and outcomes
This role is suitable for someone who has had previous exposure to HCD methodologies, primary user research, and is passionate about understanding customers. The successful candidate will also have very strong organisational and communication skills.
