About the role
Job Description
**We are looking for a motivated, People & Culture Coordinator to join our dynamic People & Culture team! ** What is this role about? The P&C Coordinator is responsible for providing efficient and effective HR administrative and process support to the P&C team and all business stakeholders. This role is key in supporting employees through the entire employee lifecycle.
The responsibilities in this role include but are not limited to the following:
- Act as the first point of contact for P&C enquiries by managing the P&C inbox, monitoring, and action of time in the employee self-service portal (Elvis) and coordination of the distribution of workload to the team as appropriate
- Assist with the troubleshooting of employee enquiries relating to P&C related systems
- Work closely with the P&C team and Payroll to maintain accurate people-related data within P&C related systems
- Provide end-to-end onboarding support, including the creation of positions, issuing employment contracts using Cuscal's digital onboarding tool, monitoring of acceptance and completion, processing of required background checks and work effectively with the Payroll team to ensure new employees are on-boarded into the payroll system within agreed timeframes
- Provide support to People Leaders & P&C Business Partners through the timely delivery of employee correspondence, including letters and contracts for internal movements, promotions & changes
- Responsible for the updating of P&C related information on Central
- Ensure the accurate payment of accounts are actioned weekly, within required timeframes, and work with the appropriate P&C leader to reconcile where appropriate (ie training and recruitment budgets)
Qualifications
What can you bring?
- Strong administrative skills with at least two years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in a rapidly changing environment
- Understanding of HR process and policies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to liaise with a wide range of stakeholders
- Exceptional service delivery ethic with the proven ability to consistently follow processes end to end
- High attention to detail
- Intermediate to advanced skills across Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all time
Although not required, any experience or knowledge in the following would be highly desirable:
- Experience in the use of Human Resource Information or Learning Management Systems (preferably Aurion and Cornerstone OnDemand)
- Experience in the creation of basic reports and data analysis on a basic level
- Knowledge of HR regulatory environment
