About the role

Your New Role Reporting to the Lead Business Analyst, the focus of your new role involves working closely with the business initiative owners, internal subject matter experts, tech partners and other stakeholders to elicit relevant information in order to define and document business requirements, perform analysis, provide advice and support the delivery of projects/initiatives undertaken by Member Experience department. The prime areas of focus for the role are changes and projects related to digital platforms, customer platforms & analytics and other related digital initiatives. Key duties include but are not limited to: ·       Conduct high level business analysis, defining and documenting business, information and process requirements. Elicits project requirements using various methods, including but not limited to interviews, document reviews, requirements workshops, surveys, researching and resolving issues ·       Identify and define the information, business and process requirements for specified initiatives collaborating with applicable stakeholders ·       Coordinate and run internal and external stakeholder workshops to facilitate requirements gathering and or configuration requirements ·       Critically evaluates business solution information and customer data requirements, reconciles conflicts, decomposes high level information into details and identifies existing, new and external data sourcing needs. ·       Document details to participate & contribute to PI planning sessions ·       Engage in scrum events, assisting with planning, backlog refinement and ordering, requirements comprehension and delivery improvements ·       Ensure relevant legislative and organisational requirements are met including maintaining a thorough understanding of changes to relevant regulations ·       Ensure appropriate and relevant governance structures, policies and processes are followed, and advocate for continuous improvement to these  

**What You’ll Need ** ·       Experience as a business analyst working on successful delivery of significant projects / initiatives ·       Proven ability to successfully gather requirements and get results with minimal supervision ·       Understanding of how to interpret business needs and translate these into operational requirements ·       Demonstrated ability to write clearly and succinctly and present complex analysis in accessible formats; experience with digital / agile methods including user stories etc ·       Ability to synthesize member preferences, regulatory requirements and the Fund’s strategic ambitions to identify workable and measurable solutions with a member experience lens ·       Knowledge of various digital platforms that can drive better customer interactions ·       Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders ·       Excellent verbal skills and the ability to interact professionally and influence a diverse group, executives, managers and subject matter experts
