About the role
What you will do in the role
Goals and Objectives
- Build and implement a CRM and Partner Management System tailored to the Citrix sales business needs.
- Work closely with the Dicker Data IT team to ensure system integration and alignment with business processes.
- Develop reports and dashboards to provide insights into Citrix sales performance, partner contracts, deal registrations, and leads.
- Streamline and enhance processes for managing partner contracts, deal registrations, and lead tracking to support sales efficiency and business growth.
Additional Responsibilities: System Development and Implementation
- Work with stakeholders to define business requirements and translate them into system functionalities for the CRM and Partner Management System.
- Collaborate with the Dicker Data IT team to ensure successful system setup, configuration, and integration with existing platforms.
- Conduct system testing, identify issues, and coordinate resolutions to ensure a smooth implementation process.
Reporting and Analysis
- Design and develop reports, dashboards, and KPIs to monitor Citrix sales performance and business activities.
- Provide data-driven insights to support decision-making, focusing on sales growth, partner engagement, and operational efficiency.
Partner and Sales Operations
- Set up and manage workflows for partner contracts, deal registrations, and lead tracking within the CRM and Partner Management System.
- Collaborate with the sales team to optimize processes and ensure effective lead distribution and follow-up.
- Maintain accurate records of partner activities, contracts, and opportunities to support business operations.
Collaboration and Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to gather requirements and align system functionalities with business goals.
- Act as a liaison between the business and IT teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project priorities and deliverables.
- Provide training and support to end-users to ensure the successful adoption of the system.

Desirable Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in business analysis, sales operations, or a similar role
- Expertise in CRM systems and Partner Management Systems, including implementation and optimization
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and reporting platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel)
- Familiarity with sales processes, partner programs, and deal registration workflows
- Experience working in IT distribution or with Citrix technologies is advantageous
