What You’ll Do: As a Marketing Associate, you’ll play a key role in supporting our marketing strategies and initiatives. You’ll:

• Execution of existing marketing strategies to ensure Stryker South Pacific’s success in achieving market share, attaining/retaining market leadership, and, optimising profitability
• Execute marketing plans for new and existing products
• Aid in the creation of the annual marketing plans
• Create marketing collateral and communications material
• Develop and measure product promotion campaigns
• Provide the sales team with support - including product training and current market/product information
• Organise and participate in conferences - including workshops and meetings with surgeons, registrars and theatre staff
