Salesforce Administrator – Stryker South Pacific Are you a Salesforce.com Subject Matter Expert (SME) looking for an opportunity to make a real impact? Stryker South Pacific (SSP) is seeking a Salesforce Administrator to support our business users and optimize day-to-day processes within our CRM platform.
About the Role As our Salesforce Administrator, you will:
- Manage the CRM business support queue, providing timely assistance to users.
- Act as the key liaison between business users, the CRM team, and IT support.
- Enhance and optimize Salesforce to maximize efficiency and ROI by supporting the Business Analysts.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and support the implementation of innovative solutions.

- CRM Support: Manage the SSP CRM support queue and proved assistance to business users.
- Salesforce Administration: Oversee licensing, user setup, reports, dashboards, workflows, and field creation.
- System Maintenance & Integration: Ensure SFDC solutions are developed, implemented, and maintained while coordinating with third-party support.
- Testing & Release Management: Stay updated on SFDC releases, conduct pre-release testing, and leverage new functionalities.
- Business Insights: Monitor user activity and inform management of key trends or changes.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with local CRM team, global CRM partners and support Compliance with Quality procedures.
Critical Requirements: Experience:
- System administration in a multi-divisional organization.
- Software implementation and user support.
Skills:
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation abilities.
- Ability to learn and administer IS solutions.
- Knowledge of compliance, privacy, and training frameworks.
- Project management and conflict resolution skills.
- Initiative, problem-solving, and business acumen.
Desirable Qualifications & Experience:
Qualifications:
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (preferred).
- Degree in business, science, or engineering (desirable).
Experience:
- 2+ years of Salesforce and corporate user support experience.
- Salesforce Lightning and cloud-based solutions.
- Database and process management system knowledge.
Technical Skills:
- Salesforce Admin (dashboards, reporting).
- Proficiency in databases, product management, and Windows environments.
