About the role
Your role Are you ready to lead from the front and make a real difference in correctional services? As a Manager, Services & Programs (MOSP), you’ll take charge of a dedicated team delivering life-changing services and programs to people in custody. With a focus on reducing reoffending and creating positive outcomes, this is your chance to shape lives and strengthen communities.

What you’ll do As the Manager, Services & Programs (MOSP), you will oversee a team of Offender Services & Programs (OS&P) staff, ensuring the effective delivery of case management, services, and accredited programs. You will:
- Inspire and lead your team to implement services and programs tailored to the needs of individuals in custody.
- Oversee case management processes to deliver impactful interventions, paving the way for successful reintegration into the community.
- Optimise resources and deliver results, ensuring services meet targets and maintain high-quality standards.
- Provide professional supervision and guidance, fostering growth, collaboration, and resilience within your team.
- Collaborate with internal leaders and stakeholders to address operational challenges and enhance service delivery.
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience in leading interdisciplinary teams and driving high performance.
- Expertise in behavioural change theory and practice, along with offender case management principles.
- Strategic problem-solving skills and the ability to manage operational challenges effectively.
- A passion for collaboration and the capacity to create cohesive, high-performing teams.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in behavioural science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Essential requirements A current NSW driver’s license and the willingness to travel overnight when required.
