About the team The UGC team is responsible for the supply, consumption, and long-term ecology of TikTok user generated content. We want to make TikTok be the preferred platform for users to express themselves actively, quickly obtain interactive feedback from FYP and search scenarios. Make content trending emergence continuously here. Build a diverse and inclusive community culture here.

As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.

Successful candidates must be able to commit to one of the following internship cycles below: - Sydney 1. Off cycle / Credit bearing - Starting 30 October 2024

We will prioritize candidates who are able to commit in either internship period. Please state your availability clearly in your resume (Start date, End date).

1. Develop and implement strategic plans for new product promotion to drive growth and achieve key business objectives; 2. Collaborate with operations team members to manage external communications, community operations, event planning, and video promotions; 3. Optimize internal management processes and optimize operational tools to improve organizational efficiency and external partnerships. Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications 1. Undergraduate, or Postgraduate who is currently pursuing a degree/master in any field; 2. Preference - Political science, International relations, Public Policy, Public Administration, Advertising, Communications and Media, Marketing/Marketing Management, Public Relations and Applied Communication; or a closely related field(NOT mandatory); 3. Good verbal and written English communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications 1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in business negotiations and project management; 2. Highly responsible, self-driven and resilient with the ability to maintain efficiency and attention to detail under pressure; 3. Experience in running and promoting new products and a strong passion for social products.
