About the role

THE ROLE

Project Officer - Service Delivery and Partnership Support

The Project Officer provides project management support to the newly established Service Delivery and Partnership Support team by coordinating service performance data and reporting and ensuring that Disability Homes Victoria's (DHV) responsibilities are met within departmental systems. The role will play a pivotal role in improving compliance and will seek to identify and promote efficiencies in DHV's ways-of-working. The Project Officer will demonstrate discretion when dealing with sensitive and confidential information and work to build a positive culture while demonstrating behaviours in line with the department's values.

Accountabilities Include

* Provide administrative and project management support to the Manager and Service Delivery and Partnership Support team on DHV priorities and strategic projects. * Manage business functions and processes across the team, such as the delivery of briefings, correspondence, submissions, reports, PPQs, PAECs, and ad hoc responses, ensuring high quality and timely advice. * Contribute to a positive workplace culture within DHV, ensuring collaboration, service excellence, accountability and trust. * Demonstrate well developed interpersonal skills and build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to enable business functions and enhance DHV service delivery.
