Our EdTech products, including market leading Mathletics, Reading Eggs, Writing Legends, and Mathseeds, inspire kids to love learning and are adored by millions of kids all over the world!   We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator, with solid general marketing experience, to lead end-to-end marketing initiatives and activities and play an important role in helping our dynamic business continue to grow.   It’s the perfect opportunity for an ambitious marketer who is ready for the next step in their career.   This will be a full-time hybrid role, working 2-3 days per week in our Sydney office (depending on projects).   What you’ll be doing:   As the Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in planning, executing, and optimising marketing campaigns to support business growth. You will work in a fast-paced environment with a team of passionate, driven, and hands-on marketers, taking ownership of marketing projects and initiatives.   You will work closely with the APAC marketing team, supporting the development and execution of multi-channel campaigns (including email, social media, web and more), managing event logistics, coordinating content, and contributing to lead generation and customer engagement efforts. You will also analyse and present performance insights to inform and adapt future strategies.   This position offers ample opportunity to further grow and develop your marketing skills and apply best practices, strategies, tools, software, research skills and more.    Key responsibilities:  

  • Coordinate & execute multi-channelled campaigns within budget and deadlines.
  • Contribution to lead generation (marketing qualified leads (MQLs), conversion rates).
  • Help deliver cross-sell and upsell targets.
  • Maintain renewal rates and CLTV (Customer Lifetime Value).
  • Monitor and optimise campaign performance, including conversion rates, CPC, and engagement metrics.
  • Effective stakeholder coordination and project management.
  • Managing competing priorities within tight timeframes.
  • Staying abreast of the education market, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Contributing innovative ideas and out-of-the-box thinking

  What you’ll bring with you:  

  • Bachelor’s degree in commerce specialising in marketing (or similar) is preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience as a marketing assistant, or similar.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Marketo).
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, Google Analytics, and content management systems (Hootsuite, Canva).
  • A proactive self-starter who takes initiative.
  • Passionate about marketing and eager to drive business impact.
  • Analytical and detail-oriented, with a results-driven mindset.
  • A team player who collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • A creative thinker with problem-solving skills.
