About the role

About the role We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Office Manager to join our vibrant team in Sydney. In this multifaceted role, you will ensure the smooth operation of our workplace, managing office facilities and fostering connections between our Sydney headquarters, Melbourne office, and remote teams. Your hands-on approach will combine facilities management, technology support coordination, and employee experience initiatives to create an outstanding workplace environment that empowers our team to thrive.

Here's some of the stuff you can expect to be doing if you join us:

  • Act as the primary contact for building management, handling all office matters.
  • Manage maintenance, repairs, and relationships with facilities service providers.
  • Ensure a clean and presentable office environment, including bathrooms, kitchen, and meeting rooms.
  • Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting support to all employees.
  • Coordinate employee rewards, recognition, meetings, offsites, and training days.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including welcome packs and building access.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements across office operations.
  • Collaborate with leadership to ensure alignment of office operations with broader company objectives.

Now, a bit about you

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in facilities or office management, with a proven track record in managing office spaces with 150+ employees.
  • A customer-centric and hospitality-led mindset, with the ability to adapt to the needs of employees and visitors.
  • Strong experience in managing office operations, including overseeing maintenance, repairs, and office supplies.
  • Exceptional organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks creatively.
  • Strong technical aptitude, with experience in setting up technology systems and troubleshooting issues.
  • A proactive, self-motivated team player who communicates effectively and prioritises the needs of the audience.
  • G Suite experience and familiarity with Monday/Slack is highly desired.
