About the role
Job Description
Montu is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Representative to join our team. In this hybrid role, you will drive growth by acquiring new business while nurturing existing pharmacy partnerships. Your primary focus will be to increase order volume in your territory (Liverpool, Bankstown, Newtown, Rockdale, Burwood, Hurstville, Padstow, Wollongong etc.) and ensure exceptional service. (Please note - You will be required to travel 3-4 days on the road for face-to-face appointments). Primary responsibilities include:
Growing Order Volume
- Boost order volume in your territory by building strong relationships with our pharmacy partners and hitting monthly targets.
- Bring new pharmacies onto the Leafio platform—turning leads into long-term, valuable partnerships. Building Great Relationships
- Be the go-to person for our pharmacy partners, fostering trust and solid connections with Montu.
- Quickly address any issues to keep things running smoothly and ensure our partners feel supported. Driving Smart Initiatives
- Work closely with our marketing team to develop fresh, value-packed initiatives that strengthen partnerships.
- Help pharmacies succeed through strategic planning, sharing insights, and providing regular updates on progress, goals, and key initiatives. Expanding Partnerships
- Strengthen existing relationships by identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Seek out and onboard new pharmacy partners, using your industry know-how to grow Montu’s reach.
Qualifications
We are looking for a Senior Sales Representative with strong **"hunter" **qualities, focusing on their ability to acquire new clients and expand business opportunities.
- 4+ years experience in Business Development
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Demonstrated ability to drive commercial outcomes and meet sales targets.
- Proficiency in conducting market analysis and staying abreast of industry trends.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; additional certifications are a plus.
