About the role

The Role Join Our Team as a Product Manager! Are you a dynamic Product Manager ready to guide and innovate? Toll Group is seeking a dynamic Project Manager for our Logistics IT team. This is a pivotal role within our IT Group, where you'll responsible for development of the product roadmap and implementation of the system capability across the fuels customers. As part of the IT Team, you will be a key contributor to supporting the growth agenda across the Fuels and Gases customers and provide direct value to existing and new customers. We are keen to receive applications from people who will drive business and will have the passion to improve the product offering of Fuel &Gases (F&G).

A day in the life of a Product Manager at Toll Group:

  • Discover user needs through market research, end-user interviews, workshops, and other feedback methods
  • Align with stakeholders by working with the Operational Business Analyst to define and create alignment with Toll’s stakeholders of PDI
  • Plan and manage product releases to ensure competitiveness with comparable platforms, including managing the product backlog and engaging with the IT development team
  • Vendor management- Conduct regular meetings with the Vendor to stay updated on trends, drive improvements, and ensure on-time, on-budget performance against project schedules
  • Product release ownership - Take charge of the product release process, document features, provide input to release communications, and co-develop Success Metrics related to PDI
  • Continuous improvement and support - Conduct benchmark reviews, survey the market for new technology, prepare management updates, and support various stakeholders in engagements related to PDI

About You: Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Project management certification (PMP, Prince2, or Prince2 Agile) preferred
  • Product management certifications (preferred) e.g. Agile Certified Product Owner

Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of product management
  • Experience in the supply chain logistics industry
  • Comfortable working closely with and gaining buy-in from senior stakeholders
  • Self-motivated individual with strong change management skills, capable of working with minimal supervision, and a passion for growth and continuous development.
  • Ability to work as part of a large, global, cross-functional team
  • Able to drive performance and motivate regional / country product champions
  • Design prowess and knowledge of tools like Figma are highly appreciated
