About the role
How you’ll make an impact
As a Talent Sourcer, you will manage the initial phase of the recruitment process by identifying and reaching out to potential candidates for our positions. You will collaborate closely with TX specialists and hiring managers to understand the experience, skills, and competencies required for various roles.
Your responsibilities will include defining candidate profiles and building a robust pipeline of talent to meet both current and future hiring needs across multiple roles. You will play a crucial role in the recruitment process by ensuring a strong pipeline of qualified candidates, often for hard-to-fill or specialized positions.
This role is a full time position.
What you’ll do
- Utilize various channels (job boards, social media, networking, etc.) to identify potential candidates.
- Proactively search for passive candidates who are not actively looking for new opportunities.
- Reach out to potential candidates through emails, phone calls, and social media messages.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates to keep them engaged in the hiring process.
- Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.
- Evaluate resumes and application materials.
- Maintain a database of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
- Keep detailed records of candidate interactions and progress through the hiring process.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles.
- Provide regular updates on sourcing progress and candidate pipelines.
- Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive intelligence to attract top talent.
- Identify and recommend new sourcing channels and strategies.
- Promote the company's brand and culture to attract potential candidates.

- Identifying and engaging candidates who meet or exceed the qualifications and competencies required for the roles.
- Building strong relationships with recruiters and hiring managers, understanding their needs, and effectively communicating candidate profiles and market insights.
- Successfully engaging passive candidates and keeping them interested in potential opportunities with the company.
- Efficiently identifying and presenting candidates within agreed-upon timeframes, contributing to reduced time-to-fill metrics.
- Developing and implementing innovative sourcing strategies that leverage various channels, including social media, professional networks, and industry events.
- Maintaining detailed and accurate records of candidate interactions, progress, and status within the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Ensuring a positive experience for all candidates throughout the sourcing process, reflected in candidate feedback and satisfaction.
- Staying informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activities to provide valuable insights and recommendations to the recruitment team.
- Continuously seeking opportunities to improve sourcing processes, tools, and techniques to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
What you’ll bring with you
- Sourcing experience at a fast-growing SaaS company
- Relevant degree /qualifications and at least 1 year of relevant work experience in a technical sourcing role
- Exceptional organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in utilizing various sourcing tools, such as LinkedIn Recruiter, and advanced Boolean searches.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and attract passive talent.
- Demonstrated experience in building and maintaining active talent pipelines across diverse functional areas.
- High attention to detail.
- Experience with Lever or other ATS and G-suite is a plus.
