About the role

About the Role

The Sales Support Specialist is responsible for managing relationships with external vendors, ensuring seamless service delivery, and optimising vendor performance to meet business needs. Act as the primary liaison between the company and its vendors, facilitating accreditation, training, issue resolution, and process improvements.

Responsibilities

- Vendor support - help train and onboard new vendors for Brighte Government programs. - Vendor relationship management - establish and maintain strong partnerships with new and existing vendors to assist them in successfully operating in government schemes - Issue resolution and liaison - address and resolve vendor-related issues and provide feedback to vendors on compliance concerns. - Cross-functional collaboration - work closely with internal teams, to facilitate onboarding and ongoing vendor management. - Reporting and documentation - maintain accurate records of vendor performance, communications, and agreements for transparency and future reference. - Team support for the Sales and Enterprise teams as required.

What You’ll Bring

- Demonstrated experience in building strong stakeholder relationships, with strong ability to communicate effectively - Basic understanding of operations and business processes - Knowledge of compliance standards or ability to learn quickly - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent organisational and time-management abilities - Proficiency in using business software and tools (e.g., Excel, Salesforce, project management software) - Experience in solar / renewables sector is strongly preferred
