Meet the team
We create success through bringing our members joy and delight through the designs and experiences we create. We learn and grow together through thoughtful feedback and open communication. Although Netflix is an established company, in many ways we still act like a startup. We operate with minimal hierarchy, the process is minimal, individual responsibility is big, and there is an emphasis on keeping non-productive influences out of the everyday decision process. We endeavor to stay nimble and make decisions quickly.
