About the role
Toll People are on the hunt for a full time Reporting Analyst, this position is based in Sydney Olympic Park. This position is responsible for developing and delivering information and insight into usage activities for customers of Toll People, and provides access to critical information by the staff of Toll People to operate efficiently. The position is responsible for ensuring that analysis meets the agreed business demand at the quality required, delivering business value in a cost effective and timely manner.
As the Reporting Analyst, you will:
- Establish and maintain a highly effective support framework for business systems and ensure alignment with business processes.
- Ensure processes, procedures and appropriately skilled resources are in place and tested to ensure that data services and solutions are delivered to agreed performance standards.
- Develop relevant analytical reporting solutions, ensuring current and future requirements are met and aligned to demand for data analysis and decision-making.
- Ensure a high level of system support focus and responsiveness to ensure delivery as per service level agreements and business objectives.
- Identify continuous improvement opportunities within the business processes to improve data quality, system functionality and overall data governance.
- Work closely with the recruitment and management teams within Toll People to ensure operational goals are met through effective collaboration.
- Undertake proactive troubleshooting and root cause analysis of system and database issues, implementing preventative measures and technical solutions as appropriate
- Leverage and enhance data analysis tools and system integration support tools to drive service improvement
- Development, implementation and management of technical documentation, support processes and policies
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date process documentation to ensure clarity, compliance, and knowledge sharing across the team.
About you To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Intermediate to advanced programming skills using SQL, PowerBI (DAX and M-Query) skills
- 1+ years of relevant experience within a similar sized multi-national organisation
- Excellent communication and presentation skills as well as strong Microsoft Excel , Word and Salesforce Administration skills
- Demonstrated experience operating in a successful support team
- Experience working in a fast paced and challenging environment, demonstrating capacity management skills
- Demonstrated successful experience in engaging with key business stakeholders to ensure business requirements are being met and issues are resolved in a timely manner
