About the role

In this leadership role, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the end-to-end design, development, and implementation of Amazon Connect-based solutions, focusing on the creation of intuitive, human-centric conversational interfaces. Leveraging your expertise in conversational AI and design, you will drive measurable impact by improving customer satisfaction, reducing operational costs, and optimising client processes.    We offer:

  • Client Management: Serve as a trusted advisor to clients and providing guidance on how to implement Amazon Connect solutions.  
  • Technical Business Analysis: Lead client workshops, gather business requirements and align with customer experience goals. 
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with technical, development, and operational teams to ensure the successful integration of Amazon Connect solutions 
  • Team Leadership and Development: Lead and mentor a team of consultants, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

    **Required role specific skills/experience **

  • Proven experience in conversational design, particularly in creating voice and chatbot solutions. 
  • Strong understanding of natural language processing (NLP), AI-driven automation, and customer experience strategies. 
  • Exceptional client-facing skills, with experience in managing stakeholder relationships and delivering workshops. 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines and client expectations are met. 
  • Experience leading and mentoring high-performing teams in a consulting environment. 
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present to senior stakeholders.
