About the role
In this Project Manager role, you will:
- Lead and coordinate resources required to implement and deliver on the successful decommission of a legacy technology within time and budget constraints. This will be a standalone project related to the digital fraud systems uplift.
- Ensure project planning, execution and controls are properly integrated.
- Provide targeted communication to all stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of dependencies, deliverables, and issues. Stakeholders will include Product Owners, Release Train Engineers, Fraud Architects, Fraud Operations Business, Divisional Controls – Fraud Ops, Financial Crime Risk Mitigation and Fraud Tech.
- Ensure appropriate project reporting processes are developed and implemented.
- Be accountable for the project timeline & budget, ensuring strong communication with key stakeholder groups and planning project activities to enable successful cutover and business readiness.
What you will bring:
- Proven and extensive experience in managing large-scale transformation projects as a business project manager.
- Demonstrated experience leading change implementation.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to challenge/influence stakeholders of all levels.
- Experience and knowledge in project management methodologies such as Agile.
- Project management certifications would be highly advantageous.
- Customer obsessed mindset with energy and passion to motivate change in others.
