About the role

About the role As a Marketing Manager - B2B, you’ll be central to devising marketing strategies that contribute to the growth of this important segment which encompasses Plan Managers, Support Coordinators, Providers and suppliers across the Aged Care and Disability industries. Not only will you be driving product usage and fostering demand, but you’ll also be helping launch a new product offering. As a key connector, you’ll need to work cross-functionally with different teams to deliver Go to Market activity and campaign initiatives.

Working within the Customer Marketing team and reporting to a Senior Marketing Manager, you’ll gain a deep knowledge of our B2B customers and use it to ensure all activities reinforce our broader offering for this audience. You’ll need to keep on top of a changing regulatory environment and incorporate the brand, customer segmentation, data analysis and industry insights to your thinking.

Responsibilities

- Launch and grow a new commercial offering to our B2B segment.
- Coordinate all B2B marketing efforts - be the cornerstone of CRM, Creative, Social, Performance, Digital Experience, B2B Sales & Customer Operations teams to help deliver Growth targets.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our group of brands, including Mable, their service offerings, customer segments and value propositions.
- Understand and report on the regulatory and competitor landscape of the NDIS and Aged care support sectors and how Plan Managers, Providers and Support Coordinators interact within the industry.
- Use this knowledge to input into solution design and represent the needs of the customer. Continue to feedback the customer insights you surface.
- Work closely with stakeholders on the development and implementation of the customer value proposition and segment strategy for the B2B customer segment. Ensure it is kept up-to-date and that messaging and channel strategy is defined and consistent.
- Design, implement and report on B2B marketing strategies spanning from B2B customer acquisition to retention and expansion.
- Influence the development of product features in line with the CVP, coordinate product features and service line GTMs and campaign activity across multiple functions.
- Work with the Business Development team to develop sales assets and strategies that drive growth.
- Engage with the B2B audience through events, webinars, and research to build awareness, community and increase platform stickiness. 
- Be the champion of the overall B2B client experience within our portfolio of brands. 

What are we looking for

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing or similar field
- At least 3 years’ experience in a similar or related role. B2B or SaaS marketing experience is preferential. 
- Demonstrable experience of running Go to Market activities, writing propositions and aligning with customer segments.
- Experience working with Business Development teams and awareness of sales processes and tactics
- Proven experience working cross-functionally to deliver shared objectives.
- Working knowledge of broader marketing skills, including performance, video, lifecycle, web, brand.
- Strong time management, prioritisation and organisation skills.
- Experience optimising activities to ensure that key metrics are delivered. 
- Proficient use of analytics tools to track performance and form recommendations.
