About the role
Home-in provides conveyancing services across Australia, settling over $7B in homes since 2020. Our value proposition to customers is ‘Expert conveyancers, digital convenience’:
- Conveyancers and lawyers with years of experience and local expertise.
- Award-winning app built by CommBank with digital ID verification, chat and more.
We believe conveyancing is a key part of a customer’s home buying journey. Through our partnership with CommBank and integration with the CBA home loan process, we continually strive to create the best home buying experience in Australia. - Design world class human-centred experiences for Home-in’s B2C customer platform (App and Web) and our B2B conveyancing platform.
- Seek to understand user and business problems to inform digital product design, including user feedback and analytics.
- Create high-fidelity designs, wireframes, and prototypes to test and communicate ideas to the business and developers.
- Plan and manage UX and design activity within project timelines and budgets.
- Deliver high quality UX research, workshops, and user testing.
- Support scrum team delivery through active participation in Agile rituals.
Are you the perfect match?
- 5+ years of proven experience in UX design, with a track record of delivering successful digital products or services.
- Experience across Web and App (Android & iOS).
- Strong systems thinking and service design skills.
- You're happy getting hands-on creating high-quality screens and prototypes in Figma. (Design systems, components, grids, styles and typography are familiar friends.)
- You're a dynamic and creative personality with a strong drive to achieve customer and commercial outcomes.
- You're a team player with a positive attitude and strong collaboration skills. You're effective at communicating your ideas and open to feedback.
- You have a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of recent mobile and web apps.
