WHO YOU ARE Our traders come from diverse backgrounds but share a passion for problem-solving. They collaborate to solve real-world trading problems through maths, quantitative analysis, and programming. A STEM or quantitative background often proves advantageous in this environment. Essential Skills:

• Your strengths in mental maths, probability and logic 
• A curious nature paired with excellent verbal communication
• A keen interest in solving complex problems with a drive to get things done 
• You** **thrive in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities
• You are in your penultimate year of study

Desirable Skills:

• Coding skills are preferred, but training is provided for eager learners.
• Knowledge of financial markets is helpful, however our program focuses on building the skills you need.

• Our 8-week trader training program will give you the skills and knowledge to succeed in the dynamic world of trading.
