Let us talk about the roles and responsibilities:

As an Infomratica MDM Subject Matter Expert to lead the design and delivery of master data management solutions. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in data governance, data quality, and master/reference data management, and has successfully delivered at least two MDM initiatives in a Tech Lead or Lead Developer capacity using industry-leading tools such as Informatica MDM and Ataccama.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Architect and implement MDM solutions that align with business requirements and robust data governance frameworks.
  • Act as the technical lead, guiding project teams through at least two successful MDM initiatives.
  • Develop, enforce, and refine data governance processes and standards to ensure high data quality and integrity.
  • Leverage expertise with Informatica MDM, Ataccama, or equivalent MDM tools to evaluate, integrate, and optimize solutions.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure MDM solutions meet regulatory and business needs.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven hands-on experience with Informatica MDM, Ataccama, or comparable industry-leading MDM tools.
  • Demonstrated capability in delivering at least two MDM initiatives in a Tech Lead/Lead Developer role.
  • Deep understanding of data governance processes, data quality frameworks, and master/reference data management best practices.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Knowledge of D365 platform will be an added advantage.
  • Must hold Baseline or NV1 security clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field or relevant experience.
  • Knowledge of D365 platform will be an added advantage.
  • Experience working in high-security or government environments.
