DLA Piper's Corporate practice is growing, and we are looking for a Senior Associate (ideally with 5 – 7 years’ experience) to join the team in Melbourne. Your role will involve working closely with the team on a broad range of M&A transactions, advising both local and international clients where DLA Piper is a trusted advisor. Our clients benefit from a valuable combination of global insight and local knowledge that allows us to advise on all legal aspects of their key strategic opportunities or threat. You will be central to this offering, helping to win new clients by drawing on DLA Piper’s global expertise and building a trusted advisor relationship around it.
