We are currently undergoing an exciting recruitment project that means we have vacancies in our 455 Bourke Street branch. As the Customer Relationship Specialist, you will be the first point of contact in the Branch, providing exceptional customer service to our customer network, by identifying and supporting customers to explore their current and future financial needs. You will be responsible for undertaking transaction activities for customers, educating customers on using digital banking solutions and conducting needs-based conversations to generate opportunities in personal banking and lending.
