About the role
What You'll Do:
- Design wireframes and prototypes that align with our brand standards.
- Conduct user research to uncover insights and define user personas.
- Develop consistent, branded digital experiences across multiple platforms.
- Create new product concepts, storyboards, and detailed interaction designs.
- Enhance wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to communicate interaction ideas.
- Establish design guidelines for iOS, Android, and web solutions.
- Conduct usability testing to validate and improve designs.
- Track UX metrics and report on improvements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure accurate implementation.
- Work within an agile team to solve design challenges and ensure consistency.
What We're Looking For:
- Extensive experience in UI/UX within digital environments.
- Expertise in e-commerce, web, and native platforms.
- Strong user research and persona development skills.
- Proven ability to craft compelling visual designs.
- Proficient with design tools such as Figma, Marvel, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Advanced knowledge of iOS and Android design systems.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Creative problem-solver with a strong sense of customer empathy.
