About the role
Join our Real Assets team within Macquarie Asset Management Divisoin as an Executive Assistant.
This is a 14 month max term contract.

What role will you play?
As part of your role as an Executive Assistant, you will be required to proactively anticipate the needs of the Executives you support. You will be responsible for calendar and meetings management, booking and confirming complex travel arrangement and managing travel itineraries, processing purchase orders/invoices and handling expense claims, producing and coordinating documents for meetings.
You will also work closely with other Executive Assistants in the team to coordinate department and team events.
What You Offer
* 5+ years of experience supporting senior directors within a fast-paced office environment * Working knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Outlook * Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills * Ability to balance conflicting priorities and make decisions accordingly * Proactive and enthusiastic attitude, with the ability to anticipate needs of team members and act as necessary.
