What this job involves: JLL is seeking talented and flexible Casual Facilities Managers to join our dynamic FM on Demand team. This role offers a unique opportunity to manage diverse facility operations, providing crucial support to our clients across a wide range of properties for both short-term and long-term engagements on an as needed basis.

A snapshot of the role:

  • Areas of focus for this position include planned and preventative maintenance works, contractor management, compliance, operational expenditure, tenancy delivery and stakeholder engagement.
  • Proactively develop and manage the relationship with the client to ensure service delivery expectations are exceeded to facilitate works.
  • Schedule and manage building preventative maintenance programs.
  • Ensure compliance to all Essential Services, Building Code of Australia, Australian Standards, Disability Discrimination Act, Occupational Health Safety & Environment, Environment and Risk Management Policies and Procedures and all other relevant regulations.
  • Complete general maintenance condition and asset condition evaluations to assist both short- & long-term property asset management.

  • You will have exceptional interpersonal & customer service skills and experience working across remote sites will be looked upon favourably.
  • You’ll be a strong communicator, with excellent presentation skills and have a passion for quality.
  • Have experience in facilities management through your prior roles gaining technical skills, OH&S, vendor management and a basic understanding of the technical aspects of property.
  • You must be able to manage external providers and liaise with internal stakeholders at all levels.
  • You’ll be familiar with working in Excel, Word, Outlook and it is preferred that you have experience working with an FM software platform
